Haven't seen him break any rules unless it was confusion or misunderstanding. Very fun to play with and I have a good time when he's on. +1.

I have seen The Real Richard Nixon on quite frequently and have not seen any rule breaking from him. But i would like to see him get his hours up, and help out some more on the server so ill give a +1 once you get the hour requirement!
